Surface treatment:

Depending on the alloy, brass diecast parts can be provided with a variety of surfaces: Barrel finishing, sandblasting, polishing, powder coating, wet painting, galvanic surfaces

Advantages of brass diecasting:

Brass diecasting is a fully-automated casting method for the series production of molded parts in master dies. Brass diecasting enables the creation of thin-walled, high-strength, very dimensionally-accurate components that have good surface quality. Thanks to the range of different alloys, brass diecasting can be used for many special applications in electrotechnology, railway systems, machine construction and pump construction. Typical components are fixtures or fittings. For certain applications, brass diecast parts can be a good alternative to parts made by brass permanent mold casting:
