Do you need CNC-milled components? Do you need economical CNC-lathed components in small batches?

G.W.P. will machine your components on CNC-controlled universal milling machines. We machine all conventional plastics and metals, but we specialize in aluminum and engineering plastics such as PA6-GF30, PA66, PA12, PBT-GF30, POM or PC.

G.W.P. AG specializes in the cost-optimized manufacture of small batches. We do not, however, offer automated lathing of large batches. G.W.P. can draw on its long experience in the production of lathed and milled parts for specific branches of industry.

Small batch production always requires flexible CNC programming. Depending on the material and component geometry, milling paths must be specifically programmed to prevent stress in the component. This is precisely G.W.P.'s strength – precise components tailored to your demands!

Machining services

We lathe, mill, grind, etc. components of brass, steel, aluminum and plastic. Special materials can be used upon request. We process your components according to DIN ISO 2768 (general tolerances).

As a provider of manufacturing services for mechanical components, we offer much more than precise lathed and milled parts. We can also finish the surfaces of the manufactured components for you. We offer everything from a single source: from the production of supplementary components using additional processes to the assembly of entire assemblies.
