We supply customer-specific aluminium extrusions for construction and your applications, including all necessary finishing work.
To manufacture the parts you need we provide a complete service including cutting to length, deburring, drilling, milling according to drawing, anodising, powder coating, wet painting, screen printing, tampon printing.
In conjunction with the customised aluminum extrusions, we offer as an additional service to our customers if their product requires it, injection molded plastic parts or die casting components to complement your product. This service provides our customers with the comfort of a finished product from one source. We can supply fully assembled modules according to your requirements.
To make an inquiry, send us your drawing, ideally in electronic form, although fax is also acceptable.
The minimum purchase quantity for customer-specific extrusions depends on the type of profile and on the machines required to manufacture it. As a rule, however, it is about 200-300 kg for each extrusion. The maximally possible length amounts to 10 m.
Note: Inquiries to extruded profiles are usually meaningful only if the rework is high.

Machines are available with a forward drive force of 550 to 2500 tonnes.
Materials used, according to "Alloy Aluminium International":
- 6063 (similar to AlMgSi 0.5 / 3.3206), composition:
Mg 0.45-0.9%; Si 0.2-0.6; Fe <0.35; Cu<0.1; Mn<0.1; Cr<0.1;
Zn<0.1; Ti<0.1
Typical applications: decorative elements
- 6061 (similar to AlMgSi1 / 3.2315), composition:
Mg 0.8-1.2%; Si 0.4-0.8; Fe <0.7; Cu 0.15-0.4; Mn<0.15; Cr 0.04-0.35;
Zn<0.25; Ti<0.15
