We accompany your project from the development drawings, through the supply of initial samples and the preliminary series, right through to the logistical aspects of series production.

We offer the manufacturing of your plastic parts in the injection moulding, multi-component injection moulding or to injection-mold around inserts to competitive prices. Further possible manufacturing methods are the thermoforming, the plastic extruding and glass-reinforced plastic (GRP). Our continuous quality assurance creates plastic mouldings with constant product quality.

For prototypes and very small series we offer different rapid prototyping methods.

In conjunction with the customised plastic parts, we offer as an additional service to our customers if their product requires it, punching part or other metal components to complement your product. This service provides our customers with the comfort of a finished product from one source. We can supply fully assembled modules according to your requirements.

Surface treatment:
We provide: matting, wet painting, chrome plating of plastic, vacuum metallization (decorative), EMC-shielding (Al oder Cu/NiCr), screen printing, tampon printing

Types of plastic materials:
We manufacture technical plastic parts in the injection moulding process from all usual thermoplastics, thermosetting plastics and elastomers such as ABS, CA, LCP, PP, PE, PC, PA, PE, PES, PSU, PET, PMMA, POM, PPS, PBT, SAN, TPE, PS et al.
