Further possible manufacturing methods are the thermoforming, the plastic extruding and glass-reinforced plastic (GRP). Our continuous quality assurance creates plastic mouldings with constant product quality.
For prototypes and very small series we offer different rapid prototyping methods.
In conjunction with the customised plastic parts, we offer as an additional service to our customers if their product requires it, punching part or other metal components to complement your product. This service provides our customers with the comfort of a finished product from one source. We can supply fully assembled modules according to your requirements.

Surface treatment:
We provide: matting, wet painting, chrome plating of plastic, vacuum metallization (decorative), EMC-shielding (Al oder Cu/NiCr), screen printing, tampon printing
