PROTO DIE – Die cast prototypes

With the very economical PROTO DIE method, 1 to 3,000 diecast parts can be manufactured within a short time.

The diecast method for prototypes developed by G.W.P. enables thin-wall prototypes to be made of aluminum, zinc or magnesium with low tooling costs.

You are delivered prototypes and pilot productions manufactured using a diecast method which yields properties and dimensional tolerances normally found in series production! PROTO DIE prototypes correspond to cast parts made from classic serial production dies.
